Hey, long time no talk, eh? I haven't been doing too much art lately (obviously). I won't bore you with the details of why. But I will say that I have been slowly working on getting back into writing at least. And playing video games. At the same time. Kind of.
See, I've got an enormous backlog of games I own but haven't played yet thanks to numerous sales on sites like Steam and GOG. While I had been trying for a while to play through said games and thus make my financial investment into a rockin' good time rather than simply a sinful, pointless waste, it was only through 2014 that I really started hardcore going at trying to get through them even as the backlog continued to grow. I've continued my hardcore playing on into this grand year of 2015, but I've also decided to do something else with it to help me get back into the creative swing of things. Thus I present to you:
The (Almost) Daily Video Game Report
It's a pretty simple idea, I think. I just play my games every day like I would anyway, then I take a little time out to write down my thoughts on what I played. Kind of like a review, I guess, but much more informal, with the possibility of my opinion changing or evolving with each post as I progress further into the game.
Hopefully folks find it as interesting to read as I've been finding it to write.
